Two things: 1.) Even a five-year-old understands cause and effect better than these idiots. 2.) Some of them are really dumb enough to believe the anti-mask, anti-vax crap they post. Others do it on purpose to appeal to their uneducated voters and to make themselves a martyr for "free speech".

There is only one good philosophy to be had with libertarianism and we all believe in that- and that is- your freedom stops where mine begins. This is about the only constant place where Democracy and Libertarianism cross paths- whether you are Democrat or Republican!
