I once had a girlfriend in Bordeaux France. Her family's dog disliked me because I spoke English. Yes, the dog could tell the difference between English and French and even the accent...

I don't doubt it for one second. Dogs read human body language like a pro and I have no doubt they can also differentiate our languages (even if they don't understand the words)
