Conservatives failed to go to war against the domestic communists.

They did not even sound the alarms.

We were betrayed.
 
I suspect that the hate I get from conservatives largely comes from me denting their lives in FantasyLand.

Well they are succeeding in rubblizing the Donbas, which is supposedly where all those Russians live.

I can see Americans surrendering if we lost our air conditioning and central heating.

But I think we tend to routinely underestimate how hardy and tenacious Ukranian nationalism is. I really don't see them surrendering because of destroyed infrastructure. They certainly didn't when the Nazis turned Ukraine into a wasteland.

It's fascinating to me how many JPP Trumpers are pro-Russian, anti-Western and anti-NATO.
