Never said that but he certainly was not part of this issue.
Pretty much the only issue out of all these indictments that Trump needs to worry about is the deletion of the video tapes, which never happened by the way, after a subpoena was issued for them.
That won't even garner jail time.

Indictments don't mean anything, it's just a bunch of average joe's who decide there is enough evidence to constitute a trial.
Hell, the defense isn't even allowed to tell their side of the story during an indictment hearing.

ya this one was particularly satisfying.
He broke down sobbing for leniancy and a chance to see his daughter grow up and to take her to school before being sentenced for trying to overthrow the US government and dismantle the constitution and gov't.

Many of those convicted on Jan6th charges have followed others being charged and convicted of the same thing and yet here you are saying no such ting happens.
