You already have both. Several members have been convicted for seditious conspiracy. More than one person can plot an insurrection.

Smith has to prove in a court of law that Trump coordinated with them and I think you know that never happened.

These plotters were already fully investigated and any evidence of Trumps involvement would have already led to his conviction.

That's why this entire charge is bogus.

Trump had nothing to do with it.
