Bull Shit.....I was there the last 9 months.....the war ended because a left leaning congress defuned the military while many troops were still in harms way. I remember the need to go ARVN to get basic supplies that were required...in the end the South Vietnamese military were better equipped than Uncle Sam.
The end result of the left's protests? Over a million former allies of the United States being slaughtered and placed in mass graves...in the killing fields next door to Viet Nam..by the same enemy...Communist despotism.

I believe that protest can effect change, and always will.
And just what are they protesting today? A free election they lost? What's the message.....hate? Sour Grapes is being demonstrated...nothing else is possible on day 1. There was a great many more that protested at the ballot box in the forgotten sections of this nation. There are places to voice your protests....the ballot box is the best.
I will make one prediction. The place will look worse than a hoglot when the smoke clears...always does with left wing protests. Garbage will be tossed about....litter in the water, etc., its just who they are.

Not at all. It's that there is an opposition, and though it has little power right now, it still has a voice. There are 63 million who don't feel represented right now. That's the way elections go, but I will always support the right of those on the losing side to continue to speak loudly & fight for their beliefs.

I finally got a chance to look at coverage of the protests.
Most of it is the laundry list of the left-equal this and equal that (not disparaging that concept -but there a so many "equals"
but by no means is it all centered around anti-Trump. Not that Trump escapes condemantion-
but it looks like your standard issue protest that got a boost from losing the election.
They're demonstrating their spoiled brat mentality. Mad because they lost the election and no one will do anything to change it.
They're "protests" turn into riot like situations. At the point when cars are burned and windows are broken, it becomes a riot not a protest.
