"Advocate jury nullification"? How do you practically do that? Do you write op-ed pieces? Do you speak to potential jurors? Do you seek to become the jury foreman on any and all juries you have served on and urge your fellow jurors to find the defendant innocent in every case regardless of the evidence before them? (have you ever even served on a jury?). How exactly DO you preach your gospel of jury nullification as the last stand before armed insurrection? Oh wait... I think I know the answer to this one... all I have ever said was that I presented my car and its contents for inspection at the Texas /Mexico border. The Mexican customs agents inspected my car, the passengers, and the car's contents and allowed all of that into the country. If you want to characterize that behavior as smuggling, so be it.
