exactly that.... two polar opposite opinions regarding the constitution. Clearly, at least one of them was incorrect, unless one accepts the fact that times change, the country changes, and the interpretation of the constitution has changed along with everything else. Were the judges who decided that "separate but equal" was constitutional tyrants, or were the ones who threw "separate but equal" onto the trash heap of history tyrants? What's your answer?
