Pro lifers show no mercy

I wonder how many more abortions have been performed since this thread started?

Or even since last Wednesday? I know the U.S. alone was averaging 3,500 a day.

It's federal law so the whole argument is moot anyway but there are so many people now who have lived under this dark abortion cloud for their entire lives.

However abortion can be a very responsible choice. Much more irresponsible to have a baby that prevents you from finishing school, developing a career, contributing fully to society, damages a relationship needed to support the rest of a family, that you cant afford....the list is endless.

It is, if that wasn't your goal; but you continue on thinking that women aren't responsible enough to be held accountable for their decisions and must be protected from themselves.

There really is no need for you to echo yourself; because you've made it very clear that you think that women can't be held responsible for their actions and need to be protected from their poorly thought out decisions.
I'll let you have the last word, seeing as how you've provided nothing different from the first time you posted your opinion of women and their inability to make thought out choices.

lol.....and yet you justify killing any unborn child because 5% of abortions involve a risk to life or mind........isn't claiming you don't like abortion a far greater hypocrisy?.....why not just admit that killing children makes you hot......

As for forcing my will on women, that is done all the time isn't it? The government tells people what they can and can't do with their bodies all the time. Why is it you only object when it comes to murdering a baby? For example, the government tells a woman that she can't sell her kidney. You may think that it is an absurd example, but it is the government telling a woman what she can or can't do with her body. The government makes prostitution illegal.

I have stated categorically that I don't think abortion is OK in any circumstance. I offered up that compromise to expose how rigid the pro baby killing crowd really is on the issue. They like to hide behind "rape, incest and life of the mother" as if they are the only instances for which abortion occurs. They don't want people to know that they comprise less than 3% of all abortions. The other 97% are for the convenience of the mother. So while I would not think it were OK, if I could save 970,000 babies with my compromise, I will take it.

You seem to have a King Solomon complex. Your stinking thinking does not define everyone. Each situation is different and should be decided by the woman and her family.
Get your own life.

I support abortion as the choice of any woman. Period. I dont like it, but I see it as a reasonable choice, the 'lesser of other evils' that only the woman is in the position to make. Just like divorce...painful, unpleasant, emotionally difficult on the family involved...but in the long run the expectation is the greater good.

Stuff the straw man....nothing I've written indicates happiness at a woman's decision to have an abortion OR indicates what I would have done personally. *I* am basing my position on the Constitution and respect for women's rights and what I consider the greater good of society. You are attaching fantasy emotions to fetuses that you dont even know exist...and might never....and trying to FORCE women to be subject to those fantasy fetuses.
