President Trump Rips Democrats and Supreme Court Following Release of his Tax Returns

Since you are not a lawyer, and know shit about the law, just leave it to the professionals in Congress.

hey cunt.....I gave you the fucking statute......I'm a lawyer, you're a GED failure.....tell us in your vast legal experience what the committee's defense against prosecution is.....

In my view, a political candidate's personal tax return is their business, not the public's. I'd rather see their college transcript than their taxes.
trump hid those too. He took it a step further by threatening to prosecute any of the schools he dropped out of if they shared his info.

But...every POTUS is required to have his taxes audited every year.

Mnuchin allowed trump to skate on this, which ought to bother you more than the release of his returns.

Members of Congress are not officers or employees, you ignoramus. We have already been through this and your point was shown to be totally wrong. Yet you just change your screen name and bring it all up again. Just fuck off, sis.

I wonder if they fall under the category of "no other person".........think about that for a minute you miserable fuckwitted cunt......

It's obviously legal to release them.

Further, it should be required for every single politician to not only release a full report of holdings, but tax returns. Further, it's time to get politicians out of the insider trading business, and into the legislating business.

Was It Illegal to Publish Trump's Tax Returns?

For federal tax returns, there is a specific statute that prohibits publishing without consent: 26 U.S.C. § 7213(a)(3).

What if next time... and at some point there will be a next time... Those in Congress do it to someone you support, or to you?
Every other candidate releases them willingly.

As they should.

trump couldn't, because his campaign was built on a lie about his finances.

Tu quoque fallacy. Just because "everybody does it" doesn't make it necessary or right. Trump could withhold his taxes if he wanted to and he did. Love him or hate him, he had the right not to release his taxes.

As he should. Congress in getting his tax returns legally only has some legislative purpose in doing so. Releasing them virtually immediately after gaining possession is a purely political move that is illegal. Whether you love or hate Trump, you should be appalled that Democrats (or Republicans doing the same thing) did this and are likely to get away with it.

Our candidates do not hide their taxes! Because they have nothing to hide!

You should be more concerned that Trump is a Freeloading asshole!
