President Biden creates commission to study adding Supreme Court justices

Biden is studying it, nothing more. The right was told that might happen if they packed the court by stealing 2 seats and lying about it. The Dems have allowed the rightys to fracture norms and do what they want, then go back to acting normally. This time they might not.

The Revolution will do what ever is required to eliminate threats to its power.....if they decide that they need to blow up SCOTUS to make sure that they do as they are told then they will....though I believe that because the bench now has so many low quality people on it that this will not be required.

Now it leans to the right. It always leans one direction. That is the consequence of elections. Actually, there is relatively little difference in how most justices vote. Garland voted with Kavanaugh over 90% of the time. Since 2000 36% of the cases have been unanimous. 15% were settled by overwhelming majorities. Only 19% were 5-4.

What advantage does that give Democrat-Socialists except to make certain that SCOTUS decisions go their way?
