early voting has stopped the long lines here in Florida -use social distancing, and there is no problem..
except Dems cant cheat by finding bags and bags of votes after the election cut off date

Cain would have been able to vote under Georgia's absentee by mail provision. It is not a presidential decision.

True but is there any doubt Trump would flip-flop on the subject if most of his base are sick in bed? Another month should tell the tale.
