Yes I agree. The congress people and some other people there at the Capitol were in danger. But you said this:

How can we confirm or deny that without an investigation? It would certainly explain why Babbitt was shot when all the other traitorous criminals, cucks and cunts were allowed to ransack Congress without a shot fired.

It is a name that was previously in the news, so maybe. Or maybe someone who has a grudge against Byrd started a rumor. There are so many maybes when Fox "News" gives up on reporting facts, and just reports rumors.

A lawsuit will not save his life from the terrorists out to kill him. Usually, wrongfully accused people will wait a few months to work out the best lawsuit.

If he's responsible for her death, he should be held legally responsible...If someone was going to "kill him", they would have surely carried out their plan by now...
If he's wrongly accused, he should have filed a lawsuit immediately. why wait? Go into witness protection and wait safely until the trial...
Is he in hiding now?
