Wonder if Kim has line of sight to all the agreements Don is shredding and the fact that nothing Don says is redeemable; the US has a long and rich history of saying “fuck it” to its own agreements and treaties.

Hmm, I don't see Kim wanting "modernization" for the masses. He wants them under his thumb. He does *not* want them to have access to news or ideas outside of NK, because they might start thinking. As we've seen with you Trumpanzees, an ignorant population lets a dictator do as he pleases.
