I would submit this view to Perry. The human trafficking created through illegal immigration creates a humanity issue; humans are packed in crates, women raped, children and others dying in unprepared for desert crossings, jettisoned "cargo" during water crossings...

There is no way that we should incentivize the entry of whole families until those issues have been dealt with. We need to open the front door rather than attempt to "legitimize" illegal entry through their children. It's nonsense to say that they cannot possibly be educated otherwise considering that children of legal citizens from other states pay the out of state tuition when they go to those colleges. If they are going to be a guaranteed "drain" on society because they have to pay the same tuition that others who are citizens of other states would, shouldn't Texas stop subsidizing only those who have entered the nation illegally and give all comers in state tuition levels?

Heartless is when you ignore the very real effect of incentivizing further human trafficking and promote it through ignorant ill-informed "compassion" that endangers others by driving still more to pay the fees for the human traffickers to enter the nation illegally.
