People May Die of Thirst as Fossil Fuel Production Exhausts and Pollutes Our Fresh Wa

No, I showed where the Enviromental Protection Agency exempted produced waters from regulation, a ruling which still stands. You have not proven otherwise. Your vague claim of some states possibly doing something is also unproven.

I win, again, like I always do with you. You have never been Right once, since the day I joined this forum. I ALWAYS best you. You basically suck at this. Asshat put it best, the day I joined; Rune just sprayed hot jizz all over Damn Yankee's face.

Post 66 proves you wrong even without the states. Besides you say produced water was not regulated. You didn't say it wasn't regulated by the EPA. You tried to move the goalposts but even failed at that.

You have never bested me here, and never will. I tower over your tired, sick, broken body like a victorious gladiator.

I find your admission of homosexual desire more than just creepy....

No, I have always bested you and always will, because you suck.

So who's right here Tom? Is flowback regulated? Or do drillers just spew the stuff all over the pristine wilderness. LMAO

I believe that in the early days there were infractions and shortcuts taken, but I doubt that there were more than a a few dozen at the most. What I can say with certainty is that in the UK all wells will be triple lined and all flowback water will be put into closed containers.

Thanks Tom.
From Tom's link; The Energy Policy Act of 2005 excluded hydraulic fracturing

This has yet to be revised. Idiot. Now succumb, you have been thwarted as usual.
News flash: the year is 2014. From Tom's link:
The Clean Water Act (CWA) effluent guidelines program sets national standards for industrial wastewater discharges based on best available technologies that are economically achievable. Except in limited circumstances, effluent guidelines for oil and gas extraction prohibit the on-site direct discharge of wastewater from shale gas extraction into waters of the U.S.

This is the US not the UK. Please be more definitive as we're not dealing with a bright bulb here.
