Pentagon embarks upon investigation of Kelly

One morning I was awaken by the yelps and screams of a puppy, turns out to be a pit. Its owner had stopped in front of my bedroom window to torture this poor puppy, he was actually swinging this poor puppy by its neck...I peaked out my window and saw that it was the local drug guy walking this puppy. I immediately got on the phone to dial 911 to report this guy. Didn't know at the time, the cops would show up at my door for me to point out locations...I was a bit frightened, but I understood my mission. So I stepped outside to show the cops were this guy lived and spent the entire few days waiting on retribution for my actions. I did the right thing and was prepared for the consequences. I'm a 66 year old nobody...Imagine Comey, Kelly and all those in Trump's first term WHO HAD MORE THAN THE OPPORTUNITY TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND SPEAK OUT AGAINST HOW CORRUPT AND IMORALLY INEPT TRUMP WAS, IMAGINE HOW MUCH MISERY THEY COULD HAVE SAVED THEMSELVES AND THIS NATION, LET ALONE THE WORLD. They're cowards and I hope the full weight of Trump's madness make their lives a living hell.

To phrase it as the people in that video did, it could be construed to be one. The specifically said that they were talking about Trump and the current administration. They then said troops had a duty to not obey "illegal" orders (from Trump and the administration). They weren't making some generalized statement but rather strongly implying that Trump and his administration were issuing illegal orders.

That is encouraging mutiny among the troops. While it's a very weak case, it no doubt is the case.
What do you call the unprecedented act of ordering boats and those on board operating in international waters, blown to pieces without even observing or verifying illegal activity?

How about trump's suggestion that he'd be open to using the military to act as police in American cities?
What they said was not "parts of our constitution." They were citing the UCMJ. When you join the military, you give up some parts of your constitutional rights and instead fall under the UCMJ.
:rofl2: What a numbnuts!!!!:rofl2:

Sadly America is infested with this cancer already as evidenced by the squealing we heard from the snap piglets

The only piglets we're hearing from are the ones who produce your favorite beverage...

On second thought, Hegseth should be "investigated" for forcing on the Military Code of Conduct an interpretation that violates The Constitution.

Hardly. There's a difference between what is considered "criminal" and what is considered terrorism or an act of war against another nation. There is no need to "verify" anything when it's pretty damn obvious that those boats are engaged in illegal international drug trade on a massive scale.

Not like that is new.

I would say that anyone in the military who thinks that and acts on it, is going to get absolutely ass fucked in a second.
