Duh!
But obviously not the constitution or the bill of rights.
3 co-equal branches of government. Uh oh, my teachers LIIIIIED TO ME! I don't remember them telling me that the HEAD WASN'T EQUAL to 'its parts'. OR, did my teachers fail to tell me that CO-EQUAL is void when there is a REPUBLICAN president?
These 2 sources must be wrong as well...
The United States Constitution divides government into three separate and distinct branches: the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. The concept of separate branches with distinct powers is known as "separation of powers." ... Thebranches check each others powers and use a system known as checks and balances.
Three Branches: Separate but Equal. The powers of our federal (national) government are divided into three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. The branches are separate but equal. They each have special responsibilities concerning laws, the principles that govern our nation.
3rd in line of succession and speaker of the house. There is one speaker, not 435. Do you know anything?
Where in the constitution or bill of rights does it say the speaker of the house is equal to the president?
Where in the constitution does it say that any one person is inherently superior to any other. Our founders are very clear that all men are created equal. It is also very clear that the president is only one part of the government, and is counter-balanced by other branches of government, and he isn't the boss of other branches of government, instead he is a servant meant to serve our citizens.
Pelosi isn't a man.
You got me. Only men have rights.
Women have the rights that men give them.
Yup, rights don't come from God or nature like the founders said, they come from men.
The rights of men come from God. The rights of women come from men.
Prove it.
