Paul Pelosi got a reasonable sentence

There has been a lot of alt right lying about what happened to Paul Pelosi, but the truth is far more boring.

Pelosi had a blood alcohol reading of 0.082%, which is just barely above 0.08%. Had he fought the reading, there is a real chance he could have gotten it thrown out. He was not falling down drunk, he was buzzed. He should not have been driving, and he admitted that. Rather than use his wealth and contacts to get out of it, he plead guilty.

He was sentenced to 5 days in jail and 3 years probation. That is a little harsher than usual, but basically standard. For those who claimed he would use contacts to get out of charges... He is spending time in jail.

I read that the BAC was much higher at the time of the offense.

Had he fought it out, he would have brought that up in court. You see, the blood alcohol rises slowly, and then sinks slowly. Assuming he was driving from the location where he drunk, he was probably more sober at the time of the accident than when tested. Given that he was so close to the legal limit, he would have had a good chance of beating this.

Again, where did you supposedly read that he had a much higher BAC?

You cant be up to any good at JPP.....it is impossible for anyone to be almost never right to the degree that you are....you are doing this on purpose.

You said that you "read somewhere" that he tested much higher... We are still trying to figure out where you read it. I cannot find anywhere.

But defense attorneys have been having a lot of luck with pointing out that BAC rises for a hour or two, and then starts sinking. I have no way of knowing what his BAC was exactly while he was driving, though I know you are completely wrong when you claim it was "much higher". It was somewhere between a bit lower, and a bit higher. Given that he was so close to the limit, that starts sounding like a reasonable doubt when said by a really expensive lawyer.

Or maybe I am wrong, and there really was another test that showed much higher. Given that you repeatedly refuse to tell us where you read about this other test, and I can find no evidence of this other test... And given your history...

You still are refusing to say where you read that Pelosi had a much higher BAC than he tested for. I am also doubting you will disprove that Ukraine has been able to hold out against Russia for 6 months.
