Trump replaced wall that was built out of Vietnam era helicopter landing pads. That wall was in high traffic area and was falling apart with many breeches. The new wall serves its purpose in some areas. If the Democrat would have cooperated instead of obstructed more progress would have happened. But to say Trump only built 24 miles of new wall is misleading and dishonest.

The floodgates allow water to flow through and prevent debris such as dead plants and trash from piling up on the wall. Across southern Arizona, debris can be found piled high on anything in its way along the washes and “dry rivers” that swell violently during monsoons.

They have to open these FLOOD gates every time there is a chance of severe monsoon rains, and here we have been getting ton of rain for the past few weeks. If these gates were closed, a huge amount of debris would pile up, putting enough pressure on this structure to eventually push it over, leading to a huge flood and, of course, knocking down the almighty border wall.

This is about to be going viral in Texas courts. Perhaps I should have said that Abbott is smuggling humans which is a violation of Texas Law.

Greg Abbott may not be committing the Texas offense of Trafficking of Persons, but if he is doing what he claims to be doing, he may very well be committing the offense of Smuggling of Persons. The Texas offense of Smuggling of Persons does not necessarily involve the exploitation of individuals through force, fraud, or coercion for labor or commercial sex.

Greg Abbot knowingly used a motor vehicle or other means of conveyance to transport people with the intent to conceal the m from a peace officer or special investigator or flee from a person he knew was a peace officer or special investigator attempting to lawfully arrest or detain the actor; OR he encouraged or induced a person to enter or remain in this country in violation of federal law by concealing, harboring, or shielding that person from detection; then he would be guilty of Smuggling of Persons under Texas law.

Governor Abbott reportedly sent migrants by bus to Washington DC and Los Angeles. If he knew that the migrants were in this country in violation of federal law, which he claims he knew, then by inducing them to remain in this country with free bus tickets to a destination of their choosing, and by harboring them on the governor’s buses, it is likely that ABBOTT committed the felony offense of Smuggling of Persons. There are no exceptions in that law for actions by the governor, and there are no other exceptions that would apply.

Abbott is violating Texas Law!

Some who are already in their 30's, lived here since they were infants or small children, worked here all their working lives, and paid taxes, while even some served in our Armed Forces.

SO NO THEY WON'T HEAR OF A NEW IMMIGRATION BILL!

In fact, the Republicans want to send all these young people back to Mexico, even though they don't even speak Spanish or have any relatives there!

More importantly, Republicans need cheap, cheap labor that will keep their mouths shut.
