Better than You
Deny they exsist all you want guys.
Those people are real.
I don't deny that they exist...I just don't care that they exist.
Deny they exsist all you want guys.
Those people are real.
That was three years ago--but I think you jogged my memory. You are right--it was shown to me that the 20% was a arm in our meeting directly before the closing meeting. it was in the closing meeting where there was a difference in some of the massive paperwork that had two different interest rates. Of course--they said they would not do the deal if I wanted the lower interest rate on the paper work.
Sorry---I was wrong---but for most of the meetings--I was never told I could not have fixed rates that I demanded, and was told that would be fine. It was very close to closing when the ARM was disclosed to me.
Good find RS I have been looking for more on this.
Though it is not BS.
In the past five years, San Bernardino County's homeless population has grown 39 percent. Homeless advocates and government officials cite as reasons a sluggish economy, cuts in medical and social service programs and an influx of homeless from other areas.
The number of homeless in the county increased to 7,331 in 2007, up from 5,270 in 2002, according to a census survey conducted by the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County in February.
Of the 700 surveyed, 83 percent were living on the streets, as opposed to in a shelter or other temporary housing. Twenty-six percent suffered from mental illness.
And yet here you are, like most of the other over emotional pre-forclosure dimwits, ranting about how sleazy your loan company was.
Good find RS I have been looking for more on this.
Though it is not BS.

San Bernadino's population is growing and jobs are growing even faster. They have 6 of the nations 50 fastest growing cities and the "Inland Empire" is expected to grow faster than every state except Florida, Texas and, of course, California.
Like I said, this tent city is not a great thing, but it is not indicative of some catastrophic economic event. I think it is a pretty good idea to concentrate them until a shelter can be constructed. Spread em out and they are harder to help.
This video is propaganda and pure bs.

This tent city does not even remotely matter (and if someone replies to this with that goddamn fish aphorism, I'm going to find you and kill you).
Another liberial putting words into others mouths. I said some people got duped. I saw the sleeze of Country Wide--and left them.
Please tell me how reputable mortage companies and insursnce companies are---I am all ears. How about credit card companies--who make their profit by keeping people in debt?---that is not sleezy to you either I guess.
The truth is---they are sleezy. Are you condoning it?
Please remove that Ron Paul avatar.
That city is growing because of ilegal slave labor, and most of those jobs created are well below the national average of individual income. Most are bleow the poverty level. Many people have three low paying jobs, so they dpon't have to live in a tent. Three low payiong jobs for one person is not job creation of good jobs---it is creation of slavery.
Those stats are very very hollow.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. This tent city does not even remotely matter (and if someone replies to this with that goddamn fish aphorism, I'm going to find you and kill you).
Right and I'm sure it has nothing to do with people people being strung out on drugs.
compassion from the right.
I hope your Mom makes you fish for dinner tonight.

Adam and Eve were having a social party. Eve disappeared for a bit--and Adam asked everybody "Have any of you seen where Eve went?" People informed Adam that Eve went to the river to go for a swim. Adam replies "Damn it--now all the fish are going to smell like that!"
