Oh my Fucking God!

That was three years ago--but I think you jogged my memory. You are right--it was shown to me that the 20% was a arm in our meeting directly before the closing meeting. it was in the closing meeting where there was a difference in some of the massive paperwork that had two different interest rates. Of course--they said they would not do the deal if I wanted the lower interest rate on the paper work.

Sorry---I was wrong---but for most of the meetings--I was never told I could not have fixed rates that I demanded, and was told that would be fine. It was very close to closing when the ARM was disclosed to me.

And yet here you are, like most of the other over emotional pre-forclosure dimwits, ranting about how sleazy your loan company was.

Good find RS I have been looking for more on this.

Though it is not BS.

In the past five years, San Bernardino County's homeless population has grown 39 percent. Homeless advocates and government officials cite as reasons a sluggish economy, cuts in medical and social service programs and an influx of homeless from other areas.

The number of homeless in the county increased to 7,331 in 2007, up from 5,270 in 2002, according to a census survey conducted by the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County in February.

Of the 700 surveyed, 83 percent were living on the streets, as opposed to in a shelter or other temporary housing. Twenty-six percent suffered from mental illness.

Would this be an example of jobs Americans won't do---because all you can afford with that job is a tent?

Another liberial putting words into others mouths. I said some people got duped. I saw the sleeze of Country Wide--and left them.

Please tell me how reputable mortage companies and insursnce companies are---I am all ears. How about credit card companies--who make their profit by keeping people in debt?---that is not sleezy to you either I guess.

The truth is---they are sleezy. Are you condoning it?

San Bernadino's population is growing and jobs are growing even faster. They have 6 of the nations 50 fastest growing cities and the "Inland Empire" is expected to grow faster than every state except Florida, Texas and, of course, California.

Like I said, this tent city is not a great thing, but it is not indicative of some catastrophic economic event. I think it is a pretty good idea to concentrate them until a shelter can be constructed. Spread em out and they are harder to help.

This video is propaganda and pure bs.

This tent city does not even remotely matter (and if someone replies to this with that goddamn fish aphorism, I'm going to find you and kill you).

Please remove that Ron Paul avatar.

That city is growing because of ilegal slave labor, and most of those jobs created are well below the national average of individual income. Most are bleow the poverty level. Many people have three low paying jobs, so they dpon't have to live in a tent. Three low paying jobs for one person is not job creation of good jobs. and makes it look like three people got good new jobs, instead of one getting three slave jobs---it is creation of slavery--not prosperity for those people---wich is becoming us people. All you need is somebody to do your job for less--and you become the statistic--and may be a white tent person.

Those stats are very very hollow.

Further, the guy obviously picked an opportune time to film, after an apparent hard rain, to make it look worse than it probably is. I have been through the area several times and I don't get the idea that rain is very frequent.

You're the one that said they "sprang it on you" and then acknowledge that you knew your rate was an ARM in meetings before the closing date.

How ironic that you would say that I'm putting words into your mouth when you just said, "that is not sleezy to you either I guess". And its also ironic that conservatives like yourself espouse so much "personal responsibility" and claim to be against the redistribution of wealth, when clearly you have no problems with it when you are the benefactor of said redistribution and you also indulge in the mob like mentality in placing the blame on a bank, when you even acknowledge that you knew weren't getting a fixed rate.

Right and I'm sure it has nothing to do with people people being strung out on drugs.

You don't know what you are talking about. I have already shown this is not some big deal or new development. We have homless people in this country. In most cities they are disbursed by local governments. SB is taking what I believe is a wiser position and concentrating them so that services may be better delivered.

Like many you don't get Ron Paul. Ron Paul is a free trader and supports immigration. He has made a point of not blaming the immigrants, as you and nAHZi do.

Right and I'm sure it has nothing to do with people people being strung out on drugs.

I am sure it is a factor as drugs are a fact of every part of our society. (by the way--liberial thinking can be traced back to the hippies of the 60's). I did not read that they were all strung out on drugs--but liberials like to make assumptions. If a dem gets into office--I may give up and do it myself. I am sick of working for the good of the all--when I can't retire worth a shit. But I will die with no honor. All I have to do is gt arrested for drugs and alcohol--and I will be taken care of. Sounds like a better life than I have mostly lived--so what the heck?

go on---keep taking working people money to support your utopian idealisms. Many will give up. I have been working since I was 10 years old---and I feel like giving up--because JOB today stands for "Just Over Broke", and there is no future in having one. Irrseponsible globalization will make sure it gets worse--we have 53 trillion in debt with over 60% of the American people in big credit card debt.

You wait---just kep taking the backbones money to support the spinless as we rack up massive debt and kill our income at the same time--and we will all, be poor.

compassion from the right.

I hope your Mom makes you fish for dinner tonight.

I never claimed to be compassionate--- I claim to be logical. That's why my politics are dictated by what is best for the country, not what helps Desh sleep at night.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.:tongout:

Adam and Eve were having a social party. Eve disappeared for a bit--and Adam asked everybody "Have any of you seen where Eve went?" People informed Adam that Eve went to the river to go for a swim. Adam replies "Damn it--now all the fish are going to smell like that!"
