Of the President's son in law and son have nothing to hide,

which they both have claimed, why then did they negotiate private hearings not under oath with limited members of both Congressional investigations?

Better yet, why did either of these Committees even agree to such conditions?

They agreed because they are run by Republicans.

in America, my America, a private citizen needs to be charged with something before he can be made to testify publicly on anything, under the constitution.
What are the charges again? (((crickets)))
Jarod volunteered to testify in private.

really dude, are you paying attention, Google is wonderful tool in case you need help

Why didn't you libs have any outrage over dems pleading the fifth yet have an issue with these guys actually giving testimony.

Hysterical and dishonest hacks.

Don't you remember Clinton publicly testifying under oath on live TV before both a Senate and House investigating Committee? And at the time, nor any time since then, was she charged with a crime

Kushner did good today. No "I don't recalls" or claiming executive privilege or excuses, etc. :)

How do you know he did good, there is no public record of what was discussed today, only his per written narrative which was full of sloppy paperwork, unread emails and misunderstandings as the cause for his failure to report meetings, certainly sounds like excuses to me
