I'm not concerned with a lack of 'under oath' (because it's illegal to deceive congress either way), but I was very interested in Kushner saying he didn't 'rely' on Russian funds (not that he didn't take them), and his specific separation of liability from Russian collusion (not separation of collusion from the Trump campaign). He also said that he didn't read the email chain and that he was generally too busy and unaware to focus on the various meetings with Russians.

This is what his lawyers crafted after several months? LOL. Anyone who thinks this puts a cap on the investigation is serious fooling themselves.

Also, I'm very disappointed to hear Kushner talk in a Toby McGuire-esque voice. I was very much hoping for Gilbert Godfried.

That Reuters fake-news'd Kushner doesn't help matters for Team Russian Conspiracy.

Reuters reported that Kushner took calls from the Russian ambassador---but there is no record of them.

Not that the media had a lot of credibility going into it.

I read Kushner's statement to congress and all of it is eminently plausible. If they want to pursue it further it won't be because of anything they found in Kushner's statement.

Are you saying that Trump doesn't lie? Holy fuck. Does the guy ever tell the truth? We can start with the birther movement and the "investigators" he sent to Hawaii that were finding "amazing things" about Obama's identity. What ever happened to those investigators? Oh right, he made the entire thing up to. For like 6 years. Thus launching his political career.
