Sorry, I’m not a fucking lawyer nor a biologist. By “non-viable” I meant a fetus that cannot live without being parasitically attached to the mother. A baby that can be cared for by another upon removal from the mother is viable. Is that the wrong terminology?
BTW, I’m talking common sense here, not a zygote that is removed from the mother and grown in a test tube in a silly attempt to prove “abortion is murder”.

I never did NOT feel I was part of the equation regarding the birth of my daughter.
We had her later than usual in our married life for this very reason.
If you dont want to be a parent its simple enough to avoid being one.
