Be honest. Obama set up a book of instructions of what to do if a pandemic came. Trump tossed it in the garbage. Obama went through it and cataloged what he learned. Trump is a child. Not all pandemics are the same, but how you deal with it does not change. Trump chose not to deal with it at all. Then when he was forced to, it was too late.
