The president has not mentioned the issue of racial police brutality when talking about the NFL protestors, yet has instead categorized it as 'disrespecting the flag.' Of course it is disrespectful to the flag. That's the point. It is using this disrespect to call attention to the issue that President Trump refuses to even discuss. Disrespecting the flag doesn't hurt anyone. Racial police brutality kills people who do not deserve death. Walter Scott deserved to get a ticket for having a nonfunctioning brake light. He did not deserve to be shot in the back for driving while black.

Walter Scott can't protest the situation because Walter Scott is dead.

Concerned NFL players have spoken up for him, and for all those who are still alive and deserve to be saved from a similar fate.

The owners aren’t racist, white supremacists or whatever other nonsense—they’re capitalists, trying to make as much out of their business as they can. As a pure business proposition, they were spineless in not getting out ahead of Kap’s SJW stunts.

However you want to slice it, players kneeling during the Anthem isn’t good business as many ticket holders and TV viewers find it offensive. Whereas, you could probably count, on both hands, the number of fans who will tune into watch a game just to see some millionaire athletes take a knee.

Kap and his fellow kneelers are on the wrong side of that equation.

Now you are saying that perhaps it is a load of horse manure to suppose, as Poli did, that "the best football teams are filled with blacks who can play better than them?"

The owners will play the best athletes for the positions...and the bottom line is that about 70% are filled with black players...although whites are much more numerous than blacks.


Seems to be a disconnect there.
