There aren't different rules. It's not patriotic to sit or kneel during the anthem or presenting the flag...they aren't sitting or kneeling to show their patriotism...
How do you show your patriotism during a Steeler game? How about fan pride? No Yellow and black attire? No terrible towels? No good luck charms or special rituals? or traditions?
You just go and sit and cheer if they score?

Why in god's name would I be dwelling on patriotism during a football game? I'm there to watch and support my team. Why do you need to make the game about patriotism?

It's not that high, is it? Maybe more like 70%...but without the kickers and punters, quarterbacks and centers, it wouldn't be much of a league, would it? So....
