At least blacks today have a pretty good excuse to not vote Republican. It's been taken over by the South, and involvement with America's oldest enemy is pretty much always a bad sign. I could go on, but that issue right there will always be a problem for the GOP.

The only southern strategy is the strategy of lefties like you trying to pin racism on the GOP to hide your party's racist past. Don't get me wrong, it is has been highly effective, but that doesn't make it true. If the blacks don't want to do anything about their plight, then there is nothing I can do to help them.

They have voted for dems for over 30 years now in a monolithic bloc and what has it gotten them? Shitty schools, high illigitimacy rate, crime, drugs, AIDS. I could go on, but you actually think you are a champion of the blacks while the policies you support actually make their lives worse now than when they were slaves.
