The other top candidate to me, assuming DeSantis in the nominee, is Tim Scott. Dude is Reaganesque in his love of country and optimism. People pick VP's to compliment the ticket. People had concerns about Obama's youth and foreign policy inexperience so he picked a guy deemed strong in those qualities in Biden. Trump had to win over the evangelical base so he picked Pence. DeSantis pretty much has the Trump vote locked up and now he needs to win back the people Trump lost in 2020 (like suburban women) with someone viewed as not just a second coming of Trump (liberals will try to paint people like Haley and Scott as all in #MAGA types but that's inevitable no matter who is selected).

Nikki has a few obstacles in her own way- One is the tattoo on her forehead that spells TRUMPTARD!

If all she has to offer is a horse of a different feather, she will fail.

Nikki intends to cater to Trump's base, and thinks she can just steel his THUNDER!

Her only chance- OR ANY REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE HAS- is to lead Trump's base in a whole new fresh direction for the Republicans, while leaving all the Conspiracy Theories, Lies, Excuses, Hatred, Racism, Extremism, Fake News, What-About-isms, lack of respect for law and order, and Resentment towards Liberals, BEHIND THEM!

That is, if she truly wants to be EVERYONE'S president and not just the president for TRUMPTARDS!

America made the mistake of electing a TRUMPTARD once- and it proved to be one huge horrible mistake that still has the country more divided than ever, and that will never happen again!

Trumpty Dumpty fell off his wall, and not even the KING'S HORSES OF ANOTHER FEATHER and all the KING'S MEN, will ever be able to put that back together again!

Yep, I still get a lot of calls from engineering recruiters who are Indian with thick accents, who say their first name is tony, frank, dave etc :palm:
 
Haley is tainted by Trump- and the first female president is likely to be a Democrat, imo. Roe v Wade sorta rules out the misogynist party.

White Europeans changed their name when they came to America. It's nothing new, nor is it something exclusive to non-white people. Why does it bother anyone if they so desire to do so?

Probably good news for Dems. The more candidates in the race, the more they will dilute the anti Trump vote, handing Donald the nomination once again and practically guaranteeing another Dem victory

The framers of the Constitution did not intend to establish a tyranny of the minority, where one political party continuously is given control of the Whitehouse despite being unable to convince a majority/plurality of voters they deserve the job.
