An easy thing for a possessor of white privilege to say, of course. A little bit of truth in it, but mostly this is a total denial of the experience and viewpoint of an entire group of people.

The refusal to even attempt to see through someone else's eyes speaks of a lack of empathy and understanding.... and it says that you see their failure to perform to your standards as less-than-human.

You claim to be part Native American. Have you ever read any of the history of the "Indian schools"? You should. Maybe then you might begin to understand how we whites and our culture are perceived by our black citizens and our other minorities folks. If you prefer videos over reading, I would recommend this.
