Chansley's lawyer saw the footage Carlson played and was interviewed by Carleson yesterday. He stated unequivocally that he never saw it before, and had put into discovery that all video of Chansley inside the Capitol building be made available to him. The US attorneys had access and failed to provide that evidence. That's pretty damning on their part.
Sorry. Where is the evidence that he asked the prosecutor for the videos during the trial?

Have you considered going back to college? Community college is relatively inexpensive and often has night classes. You don't even need a four-year degree for many good occupations: EMT, bookkeeper, computer programming, etc.

That's a Brady violation. If the AG is found in violation of the Brady Act he could be barred from all testimony in courts rendering him useless as a prosecutor and not eligible for the job. Though I doubt that will happen, Brady violations can destroy a lawyer.
