The answer is known to anyone who's had an introductory oceanography or geology class. The reason the ocean hasn't gotten "more acidic" over geologic time scales, is because of carbonate buffering.
As for your link.... you gave me something called "nov.55.com", which is some obscure website which claims ocean acidification is a fraud.
I, in contrast, gave you a link to a paper signed by virtually every single National Sciences Academy, from almost every single nation on the planet.
