As usual someone says something which is then completely misconstrued, I didn't say that there wasn't something happening especially in the red states but it has been turned into a full blown war and the first casualty of war is the truth. Roe v Wade was enacted in 1973 during the NIxon era by the Supreme Court and unless you know different cannot be overturned or amended without going back to the SCOTUS. What the individual states do would not be affected by the colour of the national government unless a Romney admin had attempted to appoint an extremely reactionary new judge. I am merely pointing out that it was not a very realistic scenario except in the fevered imagination of the Vag-Ams.

It isn't reactionary to read, learn, observe and comprehend the intentions and actions of the GOP in regard to womens health from birth control all the way through to abortion.

The Supremes ruled on constitutionality in Roe vs Wade. Congress can legislate any new laws they want, all the Supremes can do is rule on the constitutionality.
A prior ruling does not prevent future legislation in any way, shape or form.
Sometimes I am not even sure you are really a liberal.

I don't believe that I ever said I was a liberal per se, I voted Conservative at the last election but those labels are fairly meaningless as David Cameron is probably left of Obama on many issues.
