No, they're smarter about their crime. Dumb ghetto dealers get popped because they're careless. Suburban dealers are paranoid and stick with a few good customers. It's simply two different approaches to illegal activity. One group is careful to not get caught, the other group flashes their activity like it's cool.

Yes, that sounds correct. I'm not in the black world, but I tend to agree with your statement.

I was always under the misconception that it kind of raises the odds of being arrested, when you do something illegal in a high crime area; where there are more Police Patrols.

I think we should put them out of business, and make them work to replace their welfare.

YOu are right, they don't. they sell them in malls, at school, skate parks etc. More white kids smoke and possess marijuana but don't get arrested for it. Even when caught, white kids are less likely to formally enter the system. Alot of that has to do with the fact that there are more parents able and willing to be involved in the informal handling of the crime. But even after kids leave home, more white people are smoking marijuana, just by shear numbers but STILL don't go to jail for it. The system is not colorblind. That being said, it is also classist. Well off minorities see the inside of a jail less often than their poor counterparts and the same is true for whites. If we just legalized it we would not have to worry about this shit. Our state governments are wasting as much money on the war on drugs as the federal government. Shit half the money the states spend was given to the by the feds. HIDTA grants fund most enforcement of drug laws. That all comes from uncle sham.
