Nobody in private practice prosecutes felonies. This case is such a slam dunk, a Legal Aid lawyer could win at trial.

I actually think for once, TDAK is correct. I looked up Wade's resume. He was a municipal court judge and had a private practice, but there's no prosecutorial experience shown. I'm not excited about Willis' judgement in her personal life, but I also don't think her behavior has any bearing on the guilt or innocence of those indicted. Especially the people who have already pleaded guilty.

Horseshit. We’ve all heard his phonecall and the attempt at coercing the Georgia AG into violating his oath. Willis brought tge charges, not Wade. And she’s plenty competent at prosecuting RICO stuff. Wade’s role was mainly administrative and was never in a prosecutorial role.

Willis has already had several people plead guilty to the charges which were brought by a grand jury. That would look pretty competent to most people.
James didn't bring any charges against Trump. She filed a civil lawsuit based on the laws of the New York and won in court.

Cheaper to plead guilty to minor charges than defend against them and run up financially devastating legal fees.
