Joe Biden - "Time to put Trump in the bullseye."
And she used taxpayer money to do it!! All charges against trump must be dropped as this proves the entire georgia legal system is hopelessly corrupt. Every lawyer in the state knew about this and still they let fani continue her legal attacks on trump.

march 6 2024 Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis paid the chief prosecutor in Donald Trump's election fraud trial out of her seized property fund for the first three months he was hired, disclosed work contracts show.

Willis and Wade testified in February that they were previously in a relationship but insist that relationship began after Willis hired him to oversee the prosecution of Donald Trump and his co-accused, who were indicted for allegedly trying to overthrow the Georgia result of the 2020 presidential election.

Wade earned an average of $25,149 a month for his first 26 months on the case despite never having prosecuted a felony, a Newsweek review of his invoices has found.

TDAK proves once again he is a know nothing idiot.
Newsweek has been reduced to being a gossip tabloid a this point. Somebody told me that someone else was having an affair. The person that told them has said that wasn't true under oath but instead they were just speculating.

It gets worse. For the first three months after he was hired she illegally paid him out of a confiscated property fund...

Wade's ex-law partner under oath tried hard to evade answering questions about Wade's relationship with Willis and the arrangements they had for compensation...

Wade is a very qualified lawyer and former Judge.

More importantly Fani had numerous, so called QUALIFIED prosecutors turn down the case because they were not excited to be attacked by Trump and his magats, and also o work for what lawyers refer to as poverty legal pay for a high profile case, as she was only offering $250/hr which is on the lower end of all lawyers billings in the State, and they knew this case was, with so many defendants was going to be a ton of work. They were correct as Wade did get attacked personally and also needed to work an enormous amount of hours to bring all those cases to a point where numerous people starting plea bargaining guilty.

Lastly this idea that Trump and his team are offended that they did not get a better and more qualified prosecutor puts the entire laugh to this Magat garbage. If you are accused you want the least qualified person possible on the other side. Which is why we are so happy with the lawyers like Habba, who Trump keeps using.

I want to see Habba lead every Trump case.

Bullshit. Forbes and the New York Times both say he was unqualified.

Before joining the prosecution in Fulton County, Wade worked as a prosecutor and later as a judge in suburban Cobb County handling low-level criminal cases, the New York Times reported, citing “scant evidence” of his record prosecuting major cases and no evidence of his work on a major political corruption case similar to the one Trump faces in Georgia.

He was little more than a low-level attorney of the sort that chases ambulances and advertises on TV:

Wade’s record as a prosecutor primarily involves criminal defense and personal injury cases, multiple outlets reported, while his law firm, Wade & Campbell, lauds him as a “zealous advocate” with experience representing clients after major car accidents and contract disputes.

He was unqualified to handle a high profile case like Trump's, and had proved he was only barely capable of dealing with things like traffic accidents and tickets...

Now tell me what the experience was of this judge who is sitting on this case or Aileen Cannon sitting on the Florida one.

This is a made up garbage issue as THERE IS NO REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS other than a barr license and AGAIN the defense WOULD BE HAPPIEST if WIlis took the worst lawyer possible for the job.

What you need to demonstrate is that Fani had other OPTIONS who were more qualified, because if he was the best person who would take it, for the low pay and abuse they knew would come, then that is EXACTLY the person Fani should pick.

Fani does not have a magic wand where she can force the more qualified people who turned her down and if she brings the case with a less qualified person that is only GOOD for the defense.

So, now your story is Wade doesn't need qualifications because none were or are required hum?

Isn't it helpful, not prejudicial, to Trump if the prosecutor is inexperienced?

.

Does she get paid 25k a month or twice as much as other judges in the state with double her exp...and is she being paid with funds from a seized property funds account?

He has qualifications. The same type the Judge sitting on this case does, who has never sat and judged even a speeding ticket prior to getting this high profile case, his first ever case.

The only requirement is a law degree for a lawyer to practice any form of law, and if you are going to hire someone inexperienced in one area you better believe their experience in other areas will be relevant or you would not put this judge in this big case. You would require him do lower cases first.

Willis has been hired as a SPecial Prosecutor but more than one D.A in more than one District, so they ALL think he can adapt to the job as he was never a SPecial Prosecutor until he did the first time.

And one last time, Trump only benefits if true. He would shut up and not complain. The idea Trump is complaining as he wants a more qualified Special Prosecutor because he feels it is unfair to Fani, is just your stupidity. If Trump felt this Judge was being unfair to him you guys would be screaming the Judge is unexperienced (which he is) and should be removed.

QPeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, derp, derp, derp,

In 1999, Wade was an assistant solicitor in the Atlanta suburb of Cobb County for only about four months. Then from 2011 to 2021, he handled misdemeanor cases as an associate municipal court judge in Marietta, Georgia.

He ran for Cobb County Superior Court three times between 2012 and 2016 but lost all of his attempts.

He was hired to help in the prosecution of Trump and 18 other co-defendants on charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election, including racketeering, violating the oath of office, conspiracy to impersonate a public officer, forgery and false statements, in 2021.

He must be good because he was billing Fulton County for times when spent 24 hours straight at his desk working his fingers to the bone.

Nathan Wade, embattled prosecutor in Georgia Trump case, has little prosecution experience

In the fall of 2021, Nathan Wade had little experience prosecuting criminal cases in the Atlanta area, serving as a municipal judge who mostly dealt with traffic tickets and running a private practice that focuses on family law and contract disputes.

IRRELEVANT.

YOu have Wade Derangement Syndrome.

Neither you nor Trump want a more qualified Prosecutor as that only hurts Trump. If a DA hires the most qualified lawyer who will take a shit job for low pay, after being turned down by multiple more qualified ones, that is her issue, and it is GOOD FOR TRUMP.

Just as the Judge is not qualified to sit on this case, based on your same reasoning but you do not care about that (yet) as you still think/hope the Judge will find for Trump.

QPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, derp, derp, derp, sorry I triggered you again. Your TDS makes this an all too easy task.

No answer, huh? Let’s put it this way. Assuming the two of them were a couple before the indictment what is the reason Trump should have Wade removed? The reason

Trump doesn't need a reason, the state has one, actually several now.

Willis illegally hired Wade to do the case work.
Willis illegally paid Wade from public accounts not for that purpose.
Willis perjured herself under oath--a charge if sustained would get her disbarred.

As for Trump reasons:

Willis hid from Trump's attorneys that she had meetings (plural) with the Vice President, DOJ, and other members of the Biden administration right before she indicted Trump.

Claims against Willis not Wade. Nothing to show Trump has been prejudiced. No bearing at all on the question at the hearing, when did the romance begin.

Wade was up to his chin involved in Willis' schemes. He also overbilled, and didn't follow proper accounting procedures in billing the county and state for services. That's illegal too.
