I can’t remember a case where a criminal defendant managed to get his prosecutor disqualified for improper accounting procedures. I guess it’s worth a try.

Affairs between lawyers, Police and Judges are so common place, no one is shocked when one happens. Some might break certain HR rules but that is it. It is only an issue if the judge/lawyer/police are in a conflict such as one lawyer on the defense and one the prosecution of the same case. Or a judge sitting over the case of a lawyer he is having an affair with.

Fani and Wade having a relations IN NO WAY has any implication on the Trump case. The standard for disqualifying a State prosecutor in GA is super high. They would have to show Fani hired him so she could profit. So if Fani and he were dating PRIOR to this case, as they argue, and Wade was paying for anything, even a cup of coffee, that proves she does not need to hire Wade to have him pay for things. He is just a guy doing what most guys do. If she picks up some tabs, that is what THEY do.

No it does not. YOu might, MIGHT, have an issue if you could demonstrate she turned down more qualified persons to hire him or only offered the job to him but that is not the case. The opposite is. She offered the job to 'more qualified' lawyers and they all turned it down due to low hourly pay, and knowing they would be attacked by Magats.

You need to prove Wade is was not the best of what was left to even push this thin argument.

Doing nothing?

Fani and her tiny case and budget compared to any of the other prosecutors looking into Trump, is both frugal and efficient.

They have handled the biggest case, against the most defendants, got the most indictments and guilty pleas, and she has spent a fraction of what, Jack Smith, for instance has spent.

She has been a rock star in every measurable regard when it comes to costs and results which is why you hate her.

And yet that is exactly what Trump's and Roman's lawyers are claiming proves Fani Willis needs to be removed. They want the court to reopen the hearing and allow this as evidence.

No. She didn't. She pays him hourly. There was testimony that his workload increased because of all the specious filings by those that were indicted. All those motions need to be responded to. Writing a motion takes time. Wade gets paid by the hour. At $35K per month he isn't even putting in 40 hours a week.

Of course not. Wade is being paid for work being performed. The problem is we aren't talking about Trump who was found to have fleeced the taxpayers when he cheated on his taxes in NY.
