A majority of the House did not think they were ludicrous. And 50 members of the Senate did not think the obstruction of justice charges were ludicrous.

But the public did not think Clinton had really committed any bad criminal acts--Congress was just out to get him. Today Trump's voters are not convinced he committed obstruction of justice or they think the Democrats are just out to get him.

I have no real knowledge of whether he committed any crimes or not, but the things Democrats want to get him for have changed several times since he took office.

You have to admit they have wanted him out since he was elected before the obstruction issue ever arose. Even those who do not like him, like myself, think the election should determine his fate.

And it will. Because he's such a liar, the public knows very little about the shady dealings during the election. They also don't realize that there were some in the FBI who illegally leaked texts and other information that was detrimental to Clinton, but suffered no ill effects the way Strzok/McCabe did. We have to wonder why?


These impeachment moves are being done solely to force the court to let the House proceed in the manner the Constitution demands. POTUS doesn't have the rights that trump believes the office does. He's testing the limits, and this is the normal chain of events.
