By your logic you could say the NAACP is just as racist for not distancing themselves from their racist elements (the black panthers).Well if you believe that then you need to go back to school and touch up on your reading skills. Show me where I said the whole group is racist? You'd have to be a completely blind partisan moron not to see the racist element in the tea party and I'll stand by my comments. If the leaders of the teabaggers are sincere about not being racist then what the fuck is so tough about making a ringing public stand rejecting that racist element. Unless of course they are racist and that is their position.
Last I heard the Black Panthers weren't a part of the NAACP but if Louis Farrakhan was, yes, I would expect them to distance themselves from him.By your logic you could say the NAACP is just as racist for not distancing themselves from their racist elements (the black panthers).
Right when every staunch conservative knows that abortion, guns and gays are the most pressing issues.
I come from John Boehner's district in Ohio. In my home county abortion is the single biggest political issue and I'll say the same thing about Boxer's liberal constituents and Boehner's conservative one. If abortion is their biggest political issue, they're morons. That noted conservative Barbara Boxer is up for re-election and what issue gets mentioned most by her campaign team? Yep, abortion.

Well you do have a good point about just who the leaders of the tea party are but come on. Signs? I mean that's good and all but that aint the same as making a very clear public effort through the media that there movement will not tolerate racist.I don't know who exactly the leaders of the tea party are but I've seen comments saying that don't want racist signs, comments etc. at tea party events. Of course it's much easier to make a comment like yours and ignore what has been said because it gives a level of moral superiority.

I've obviously hit a sore nerve with teabaggers.
In some cases it may be true.....but not in yours. Not that I really think you're a racist so much as you are totally clueless to the historical conditions blacks have had to suffer for most of their history in this nation.

NAACP considers resolution decrying racist elements in tea-party movement
By JUDY L. THOMAS
The Kansas City Star
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will propose a resolution this week condemning racism within the tea party movement.
The resolution, scheduled for a vote as early as Tuesday by delegates attending the annual NAACP convention in Kansas City, calls upon “all people of good will to repudiate the racism of the Tea Parties, and to stand in opposition to its drive to push our country back to the pre-civil rights era.”

NAACP must keep pushing for change, chief says
KANSAS CITY • The head of the NAACP paused, started, then paused again when trying to explain what the message of his keynote address would be when he steps to the podium tonight at the civil rights organization's national convention.
"The core message will be that we've got to pull this nation back together and put this country back to work," said Benjamin Jealous, president and CEO of the NAACP, in an interview.
Jealous' strategy for pulling the country back together might at first blush surprise those at the convention. His idea: Follow the lead of the Tea Party movement, which emerged in full force after the election of President Barack Obama with rallies, town hall meetings and a "take back the country" mantra.
The NAACP has finally gone over the edge to complete lunacy.
GED, KKK, poor. It's not meant for you republiKlansman to understand. It's to make democrats and independents aware of the blatant racism or at least shine more light the tea baggers.
We know. It's a racist group for poor worthless black folks who need someone to blame for their being losers and pumping out crack babies.
What a worthless group of people.
"Fuck You Niggers!!!"

GED, KKK, poor.I'd call tinfoil a grand wizard but he's not even smart enough to lead his klan brothers. But nice self burn tinfoil. KUDO's on the racist rant while your trying to be non racial.
Rastafari is the way Peace and love
The problem here is that the NAACP is right. There is a racist element in the tea party movement. Now that's not like saying all Teabaggers are racist like you Dweebway. If the Tea Party Movement is sincere about not being racist then they must distance themselves from that element and they must make a sincere and genuine effort to make that clear to the public. That shouldn't be so hard for the Teabaggers to now should it? That is unless they are racist.
