Huffington post called it an attack by the Congressman. I saw the video on tv last night, after he let go of his neck he hugged the guy tight. Sure he wasn't a wide stance republican??

He has every right to take pictures of the congressman, he has the right to ask questions of the congressman.... he does not have the right to shove the camera in the face of the congressman.

Yeah; I saw a bouncer hug a guy like that, just before he tossed him out the door.

What it truly was, was a moment of clarity; when he realized he fucked up, but wasn't willing to just let go of the guy.

The Congressman should be arrested and charged with battery.

I'm confused....since when don't Congressmen and movie stars like to have microphones and cameras stuck in their faces.....this is an election year.....this was publicity he didn't have to pay for.....all he had to do was give an answer that sucked up to voters.....
