I was working in Mid-town in a tall building and didn't feel a thing as the quake (a pretty tiny one at that) was going on back home in West L.A.
The good news is that nothing at home was even slightly out of order.
The only quake experience I have is a two-point-something that happened to hit in North Carolina a couple years back. Couldn't feel a thing, and if they hadn't later reported the news, I would have thought it was a bunch of two-by-fours falling off the back of a truck.
