Muslim Student Was Filmed Throwing Away 2,977 American Flags From A 9/11 Memorial

Prosecutions have had far less evidence
In fact this one is a slam dunk. Someone had to do it. the physical and circumstantial evidence points to him

LOL. That isn't a slam dunk.

1. Only one poor quality video of him with the bags
2. No pictures/videos of the empty field after the fact
3. The camera person said he started filming when the guy was picking up the flags. Where is it?
4. The camera person cut off the video as the guy was picking up the bags
5. The camera person did not follow him
6. No pictures/videos of the bags after they "found" them
7. No pictures/videos of them putting back the flags
8. 2,977 is a big number. How long does it take for one person to pick them up and put in the bags?

This case will be laughed out of the Grand Jury.

So far nobody can prove beyond reasonable doubt here. So much winning I am tired of it.

Acknowledgement is quite enough....it will work nicely, along with the rest of his formal statement, for any proceedings that take place....
There is no denial of the relocation project....and no receipt for the flags...;)

Indeed.

The thief could/should receive jail time.

The Dean will respond to the alumni soon.

They are not happy.

"Washington University Chancellor Andrew Martin said in a statement that removing the flags was “reprehensible” and was seen as “a personal affront by many, at WashU and beyond, and as an affront to the ideals of our institution.”

This does not bode well for the thief.

I think it will mostly University punishment...it's campus....
Which is fine....and as it should be...
(Pay no attention to the ones fussing...if we weren't the ones posting here, they'd crucify him for his pathetic actions...)

Make him an example... Students...express your opinions...just not at the expense of others...and never on 9/11...Special election to fill the SU position...or assign the responsibilities to other officers. Remove him from the dorm position... Put him on probation for as long as he remains at the WashU....

Yes, Andrew Martin is the Chancellor at Washington University. He also graduated from Washington U. He has a vested interest in protecting the reputation of that university.

He will do the right thing.
