1. Fadel Alkilani, was videoed with trash bags with what appear to be small USA flags. (Major evidence).
2. The student claimed she saw him removing the flags and started to video him doing so.
3. See 1.
4. Aforementioned student did not video the event PRIOR and AFTER the alleged activities, only claimed she did so.
5. The campus police did not stop him or it would have been reported and the University would have known.
6. If the campus police did, in fact, stop him. how was he able to get all the 2,977 flags and put them in the bags?
7. No videos or pictures of the flags on Mudd Field, BEFORE and AFTER the alleged event.
8. No pictures or videos of the trash bags being discovered and returned
9. No pictures or videos of those flags being put back in. None.
10. THE MAIN THING - all we have is that grainy video. That's it.
