Yes, he admitted taking the flags which did not belong to him. He stole them.

This desecration of the 911 Memorial s bad enough, stealing items that did not belong to him should land this cretin in jail.

A clear illustration of what is being taught in our institutions of higher learning. This type of behavior needs to have strong consequences against this man. His actions are offensive not only to the University, but to the nation as well. If he is not an American citizen, he needs to be expelled from the nation altogether.

If he did steal those flags, then he is wrong and should be disciplined

It happened on campus and should be handled on campus.. especially considering he is one of the SU "leaders" and an RA...
