If it's a violation of the law, then yes.
Sueing is always a good secondary option: Step 1 - send them to prison. Step 2 - take all their money. If they can't be sent to prison, then Step - 2 remains an option.

In the end, I think he'll either croak or be hidden from view like Reagan post-Presidency since he'd only be seen drooling over himself in a wheelchair. Alzheimer's is not a pretty way to go. There is no cure. Maybe in 10 years, but Trump, Biden and 65M other Americans will be gone in a few years and, probably, too far gone to save.
2019 is the year my dad died of Alzheimer's. If I'm diagnosed: Step 1- get a second fucking opinion. Step 2 - Don't let myself die like that. There's the family cost, both emotional and financial, and there's the social cost. IMO, most will simply end up on the streets since, despite being the richest nation on the entire planet, we don't have any money to help them.
