‘Monster Pediatrician’ Cheering Deaths Of ‘MAGA Children’ In Texas Flood Gets Fired!

They'd be fine then. If they had a woman that was guaranteed to give birth to a dead baby, they would have to wait until she's bleeding to death to treat her. I posted the story about the Fla. Republican loon who almost died during a miscarriage. She blamed the Left.

I saw that post. She had an ectopic pregnancy, a life-threatening condition. But it was all the fault of (D)s for "confusing" ER docs. WTF.

Not after 6 weeks, and the laws are so ambiguous that doctors now need lawyers.

Advil will help you with your headache.
Lie.

  • Medical Emergency Exception: A medical emergency is defined as a life-threatening physical condition, exacerbated by pregnancy, which a physician certifies places the woman at risk of death or serious impairment of a major bodily function unless an abortion is performed.
  • Physician's Role: A physician must use "reasonable medical judgment" to determine if a pregnant woman has a life-threatening condition requiring an abortion to save her life or prevent serious impairment of a major bodily function.
  • No Court Order Required: No court order is needed for a woman who meets the medical necessity exception.
  • Specific Conditions Clarified: Treatments for ectopic pregnancies and premature rupture of membranes with a non-viable fetus are not considered abortions under Texas law, according to The Texas Tribune.
  • Documentation: Physicians must document the medical emergency and their reasoning in the patient's medical records.

Yep, I have good friend who is on the TMB and they investigated every complaint. They have had numerous complaints on her. She will have to make a trip to Austin to explain herself at the very least. She will most likely have to take some more Medical Ethics CME courses.

Right. Is this the same "friend" (Or was it "Neighbor"?) who has a CIA-type computer array in his garage and who can come to the forum and look up anyone's real identity in half an hour? :rofl2:

For the less gullible readers here, no member of a professional board would divulge confidential information like FatLame pretends to have, or they'd lose their job. They especially wouldn't divulge it to a loud mouth gossip who would spread it everywhere. Professional suicide.

  • Florida's Abortion Ban:
Florida law restricts abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, with exceptions for cases of rape, incest, or human trafficking up to 15 weeks.

    • Ectopic Pregnancy Treatment:
Treatment for ectopic pregnancies, such as medication or surgery to remove the pregnancy, is not classified as an abortion under Florida law.

Nope. And the CIA undoubtedly has an even larger computer.

The TMB friend is a guy I went to medical school with. And he is smart enough to know people with 15% EF can't work. :rofl2:
