Yep, I have good friend who is on the TMB and they investigated every complaint. They have had numerous complaints on her. She will have to make a trip to Austin to explain herself at the very least. She will most likely have to take some more Medical Ethics CME courses.

Yes there are cases of MALPRACTICE where doctors screw up. But doctors have always had the right to do D%Cs to save the life of the mother in Texas but you can relax because in Texas a lot of them a MAGAs and have it coming. (sarcasm)
