more sentimental garbage without any real solutions that will work. sorry gun grabbers, if you can't get a law passed immediately after kids get face-shot, then you aren't going to do it now. have a good cry and then lets get back to business as usual.

The attitude to guns is absolutely deranged to any rational person looking into America from outside, it is amazing how national dialogues and strange party political positions and national folklore end up with a situation where everyone can see the damage caused by the gun violence but no one is prepared to clamber down from their positions to engage in a properly thought through rationale analysis of the incredibly high levels of gun related injury and death that the US experiences. I just thank god this isn't one of the things you try and spread round the world as it makes absolutely no sense.

Yeah who cares how many kids are killed--killing kids is a good thing; they all deserved to die didn't they fools? The deaths of twenty children in a single mass shooting is something to celebrate and the killers of little children aren't criminals they are heros to be given their own day here. And those who celebrate this aren't sick sociopaths, just misdirected youth who need to grow up. Hooray for Adam Lanza mass murderer of Children. Hooray for people who celebrate the mass murderers and the tragedies they cause. Hooray for all the death and destruction. Hooray for all the sociopaths here who think this is acceptable behavior. I just want to celebrate the deaths of twenty children!
go start banning pools. they kill thousands of kids a year. Pools are literally a 9/11 equivalent of death for young children. go be outraged about that.
cars kill 30k people a year. lets ban cars. that's 10-11 9/11's of death, and everyone is completely indifferent to that number. it's completely inconsequential. The bottom line is though, that it is a fact, if we banned cars, death by cars would be dramatically reduced. Society and you yourself have decided that 30k people dying each year is a suitable price to pay for the freedom to move about. In another way, you could say your ability to drive to arby's or the ability to drive to your job is worth 30,000 people being killed each year, although you'll never frame it that way.
And in the same way, a few kids getting popped in the brains is worth the price to be able to own guns. Gun rights are sacred. You aren't taking them. So too bad.
