It's an overt violation of the Civil Rights Act you stupid fuck, you can't fire a person based on their race, period, if they have the same tenure then you have to look at performance not skin color.

As if the teachers union leadership who signed the contract actually represent teachers. Do you think that the white teachers had informed consent and acquiesced to this overtly racist contract?

I didn’t say parents shouldn’t be concerned. I said it is not their contract.

If it’s illegal, it will be challenged and overturned.

Whether ANY teacher had informed consent or otherwise, there was a vote and this was the result.

In a democracy, sometimes the vote doesn’t turn out the way you want. Bummer, huh?
